Three teen siblings from Decatur, Ga., have created a new app for iPhones and Androids that people can use to document interactions with the police in their town.
ForHarriet.com notes that Caleb, Asha and Ima Christian were concerned about reports of police brutality and decided to create the Five-O app, which allows users to rate cops on courtesy and professionalism. Others users can read those ratings and reviews (video below).
“We’d like to know which regions in the US provide horrible law enforcement services as well as highlight the agencies that are highly rated by their citizens," Ima said on the teens' website PineTartinc.com.
Caleb stated, “After finding a platform that was a good fit for us, we immediately moved on to creating each page for the app and Asha took over the look and feel design of the app. We all contributed to the creation of the product."
“We expect that all parents will want this app for themselves and their kids," added Asha. "We hope it will be one of the must have apps on your mobile devices.Our goal is to make the app available to anyone, anywhere in the United States.”

The Five-O app will be available on Aug. 18.
Speaking of apps, the new OpposingViews.com NewsBreak app is available and free for iPhones and Androids.
